Jewelry wholesale is really a messy business :) The problem is triggered by the fact that there are so hundreds, if not thousands of items to keep track of.
I thought it may useful to add that there are many affordable jewelry solutions out there that gives you beautiful catalog template. It also allows you to load pictures into the software, and generate/print catalog on-the-fly.
The catalog are in PDF format, which means you can easily pump out the catalog to thousands of people at no cost.
